These Terms and Conditions apply to all services of the Kysana platform (operated by Dinnova AG), including the Kysana app, website, and all telemedicine services in the field of metabolic psychiatry and ketogenic nutrition counseling.

Kysana offers an integrated telemedicine platform for metabolic psychiatry with the following services: personalized ketogenic nutrition plans, psychiatric consultations (telemedicine), nutrition counseling by qualified professionals, app-based tracking of health values, WhatsApp support, and optional laboratory diagnostics.
The contract is formed by: registration on the platform and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, booking of a service package (Basic, Meal-Plan, Premium, or Intensive), and payment of the agreed price.
3 psychiatrist appointments, 8 nutrition consultations, WhatsApp support (response within 24h), app access, 3x/week fitness, basic lab values.
4 nutrition consultations, ready-made individualized keto meals, WhatsApp support (24h), app access, 3x/week fitness. No lab or psychiatrist included.
5 psychiatrist appointments, 12 nutrition consultations, priority support (response within 12h), 3x/week fitness, comprehensive lab values, advanced app features.
8 psychiatrist appointments, 16 nutrition consultations, 24/7 support (response within 4h), 3x/week fitness, complete lab panel, exclusive support groups. All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) including VAT. Price changes are reserved and will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
Payment is due in advance when booking the respective package. Accepted payment methods: credit card, TWINT, bank transfer. In case of payment default, we reserve the right to suspend access.
You may withdraw within 14 days of contract conclusion without giving reasons, provided no services have been used. If services have already begun (e.g., first consultation), a pro-rata refund will be provided.
You agree to: provide truthful and complete information, especially regarding your health status, immediately report relevant changes to your health condition, implement the recommendations of professionals under your own responsibility, keep your login credentials confidential, and not misuse the platform.
Kysana provides telemedicine services through qualified professionals. However, our services do not replace: emergency medical care, regular check-ups with your general practitioner, or treatments requiring physical presence. In medical emergencies, immediately contact emergency services (144) or your nearest emergency room.
Kysana is only liable for damages attributable to intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Liability is in any case limited to the value of the booked service package. Kysana is not liable for: damages resulting from non-compliance with recommendations, technical disruptions beyond our control, or actions of third parties.
Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the processing of your data for the purposes stated therein.
The subscription can be terminated at the end of the respective term. Termination must be made in writing (email is sufficient) at least 14 days before the end of the term. In case of serious violations of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to extraordinary termination.
We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be announced at least 30 days before taking effect. If you object within 14 days of the announcement, you may terminate the contract at the time of the change.
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
